Which one is better: wheat bran or rice?
Some people call a thin layer of brown on a rice “bran” and some call the solid and thick layer the “bran”, but bran is the same thin, rigid shell on the rice, which, when removed from rice grains, renders it brownish to white.
Rice bran is rich in vitamins in group B, especially vitamin 1B, or thiamine, which is very useful for the treatment and prevention of hair loss. On the other hand, the bran can also be useful for the treatment of constipation. Of course, in the treatment of constipation, the role of wheat bran use is more significant than rice bran.
People with constipation can start taking a spoonful of wheat bran powder once a day and add another jar of spoonfuls after four days. Of course, wheat can be effective in treating constipation when used with plenty of water.
The bran contains soluble and insoluble fibers that absorb water and produce large amounts of gastrointestinal tract. This stimulates and improves gut and soft bowel movements, and facilitates the removal of stools.
