According to the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, Ismail Esfandiarpour at the seventy-third meeting of the Wheat Technical Committee on the latest status of wheat cultivation added: Since the beginning of the current crop year, a total of about 6 million hectares of wheat have been planted in the country. Of this amount is about one million nine hundred and four thousand hectares of irrigated wheat and four million thirty thousand hectares of dryland wheat.

He emphasized the necessity of trying to implement the wheat seed production program for the cultivated, native and certified wheat and dry wheat classes and called for the registration of farmer information in the zoning and management system with the full supervision of the crop improvement departments and crop managers.

Wheat project manager said: To increase the regular production of monitoring committee meetings, awareness and precise management of pest damage control on wheat age, diseases and weeds is necessary.

He explained the change in the useful and ineffective drop in wheat table for the current crop year, and added that the size of wheat sieve was also changed.
