Hasan Hannan, the executive director of Iran’s state-owned specialized trading company, visited the general Directorate of Commerce Services of Kermanshah province, and said: the government has been able to store the needed wheat in the country with proper planning and there is no problem in supplying the people with required bread.

The deputy chief executive officer and deputy director of domestic trade of the state-owned Iranian parent company said: one million seven hundred thousand tons of wheat was transported in the first six months of the year to balance the wheat supply of the provinces, which was based on transport plans.

Hasan Hannan praised the actions of the general manager and staff of the Kermanshah province General Directorate of Grain and Commerce Services and said that in the past season more than 8 million tons of wheat was purchased from farmers across the country, of which Kermanshah province, ranked fifth in wheat purchases in the nation.

Referring to the payment of twenty five thousand billion Tomans for subsidies on flour and bread, he added: dealing with violators and closing all the corruption gaps is one the main priorities of Iran’s state-owned specialized trading company and all of our partners in the provincial headquarters should always attend to this issue.
