Cereals Lab
The laboratory, with its experienced staff and up-to-date laboratory equipment, is ready to provide the following services to customers:
- Analysis of wheat flour according to National Iranian Standard No. 103
- Wheat analysis according to National Iranian Standard No. 104
- Performing the analysis of durum wheat in accordance with National Iranian Standard No. 4554
- Performing bar analysis according to National Iranian Standard No. 47
- Perform analysis of wheat flour in accordance with national standard No. 3622
- Perform microbial tests of wheat flour, wheat, durum wheat, barley and wheat flour and barley according to national standards No. 11602 and 2393
- Provide educational training on chemical tests, rheology and microbiology of flour and wheat
- Provide educational services for quality control, maintenance and disinfection of wheat
- Perform tests to maintain product quality
- Careful examination of samples in terms of microbial, chemical and physical
- Careful examination of samples in terms of baking quality and tissue texture
