cereals for the body, said people should try to start their day with a rich
breakfast of unpolished fiber and cereals, and usually use barley and wheat that
is very good with milk.
Seyyed Morteza Safavi, arguing that
fruits are a rich source of fiber, said that the fiber contained in fruits is
more often found in the peel, and people often remove this fiber by peeling
fruit.
He says natural juice contains a lot of
calories. The sugar added to the juices reduces the rate of metabolism in the
body, and it is better to consume sugar-free natural juices.

sweetened fruits with sugar as sugar substitutes.

The dietician believes that cereals contain a lot of fiber,

He said that there should be at least
5 grams of fiber per meal for meals, because increasing fiber leads to an
increase in the metabolism of the body.
Safavid said adding fresh fruits,
vegetables and all kinds of whole starch, such as whole-wheat breads,
especially Sangak breads, are well-suited for meals, as well as the use of
high-fiber snacks such as fresh and dried fruits, raw vegetables and Chopped
starch is also very helpful.
He added: “In addition, salads
and soups can be added to foods that are very beneficial in digesting food and
are beneficial in getting valuable vitamins and minerals.
